摘  要:为提升国内海洋混凝土配重管道生产水平,对海洋管道配重生产线的关键设备——钢筋笼套装系统进行研究,设计了一种新型钢筋笼套装系统。该系统采用2种钢筋笼套装方式,即传送装置+双组传动装置钢筋笼套装方式和传送装置+装管平台钢筋笼套装方式,能够满足不同管径、管长的管道套装不同钢筋间距及不同大小的钢筋笼要求,适用范围广。介绍了系统关键部件——装管平台、传动装置、钢筋笼支架及控制系统的结构特点和工作原理。样机测试结果表明,该系统制造维护方便,运行安全可靠,工作效率高,具有良好的应用前景。To improve the production level of domestic offshore concrete weight pipeline, research on the packaging system of reinforcement cage, namely the key equipment for offshore pipeline weight production line, was conducted. A new reinforcement cage packaging system was designed. The system adopts two packaging modes of reinforcement cage, namely the cage packaging mode of conveyer + dual transmission device and that of conveyer + tabulating platform. They can meet the needs of pipelines with different diameters and lengths packaging reinforcement cages of different sizes and bar spacings, with a wide range of adaptability. The structural feature and operating principle of the key system parts such as tabulating platform, conveyer, reinforcement bracket and control sys- tem were introduced. The prototype testing findings show that it is convenient to manufacture and maintain the system and the system running is safe and reliable with a high operating efficiency. It has a bright prospect of application.
