摘　　要：通过分析国内新型科研机构的发展与成效,研究其五类建设模式以及存在的问题,从明确身份、完善政策体系、理顺管理机制、加大政府支持等方面提出进一步促进国内外新型科研机构发展的意见和建议。The new research institutions which grew out of the private enterprise organizations, private research institutions and other forms, develop steadily. It has become important supplement to the regional research. In this paper, by analyzing the progress achievement mode and problems, it put forward a proposal for promoting the development of new research institutions.
