摘　　要：为了理解创意城市特质及影响因素,从创意资源、消费市场、城市功能、政策法规等角度,综述创意城市特质及影响因素,提出研究框架。创意城市特质及影响因素框架的整理,对创意城市的理论研究和实践都具有重要的借鉴意义。In order to understand the creative cities completely, taking the method of literature review, this paper concludes the characteristics and influencing factors in five aspects. In this paper, the systematic framework of the creative cities＇ characteristics and influencing factors would have a certain reference for future research and practice.
