摘　　要：基于产业共生理论分析创业投资与产业创新集群的演化过程,根据发展阶段将创业投资与产业创新集群的共生模式划分为两种类型,早期阶段主要表现为主导项目驱动的卫星式共生模式,研究表明,主导项目对创业投资水平的贡献大于创业投资对主导企业产出水平的贡献;而在中后期阶段主要表现为多项目共同驱动的网络式共生模式,创业投资机构与技术创新企业的贡献水平彼此相当。在理论分析基础上提出创业投资促进我国产业创新发展的相关建议。Based on industrial symbiosis theory, we establish theoretical model to analyze the mechanism of venture capital and industry innovation cluster＇ s formation and evolution. According to the stage of industrial innovation cluster development, we divide the symbiosis model into two types ： in the early stage, it appears as satellite type of symbiotic mode driven by technological innovation main project, and our conclusions show that the contribution of the main project to the level of venture capital investment is greater than the contribution of venture capital to the development of industry ; However, in the later stage, it appears as network type of symbiotic mode driven by multi innovation projects, and at this stage the level of venture capital contributing to industry development is quite equivalent. Discussing the symbiotic mode is useful to provide theoretical guidance to venture capital promoting industrial innovation development in China.
