摘 要:探讨2.5D角联锁芳纶机织复合材料的压缩性能。测试了4种结构的2.5D角联锁芳纶机织复合材料的经向压缩强度和压缩模量及纬向压缩强度和压缩模量,分析了其结构与压缩性能间的关系。试验结果表明:伸直状态的衬经纱对2.5D角联锁芳纶机织复合材料的经向压缩性能有较大贡献;伸直状态的衬纬纱对2.5D角联锁芳纶机织复合材料的纬向压缩性能有较大贡献。认为应根据实际应用环境所需要的压缩强度和压缩模量来设计2.5D角联锁芳纶机织复合材料的结构。Compressive property of 2.5 dimensional angle interlock aramid woven composite material was research. Compressive properties of four kinds of structure 2.5 dimensional angle interlock aramid woven composite material were tested including warp direction compressive strength, compressive modulus and weft direction compressive strength, com- pressive modulus. Relationship between the structure and the compressive property was analyzed. The test result shows that warp direction compressive property of 2.5 dimensional angle interlock aramid woven composite material was effected by straight state thickening warp, weft direction compressive property of 2.5 dimensional angle interlock aramid woven composites material was effected by straight state thickening weft. It is considered that structure of 2.5 dimensional angle interlock aramid woven composite material should be designed according to compressive strength and compressive modulus of actual application environment needed.
