利用二维相关红外光谱鉴别彩棉纤维

摘  要:探讨采用二维相关红外光谱鉴别彩棉纤维的可行性。测试对比了彩棉纤维和白棉纤维的二维相关红外光谱图及在不同温度下的一维红外光谱图。试验结果表明:彩棉纤维和白棉纤维在一维红外光谱图上差别不显著,而在二维相关谱图上显示出一定的差别;彩棉纤维和白棉纤维在2500cm^-1~3000cm^-1区域和800cm^-1~1400cm^-1区域的二维相关红外光谱图中的温度敏感点基本一致,但白棉纤维温度敏感程度较彩棉纤维强。认为二维相关红外谱图可以提高谱图的分辨率,增加谱图的识别能力,可以根据二维相关红外光谱图中彩棉纤维和白棉纤维对温度敏感程度的不同,通过与标准白棉纤维进行对比来鉴别彩棉纤维。Feasibility of identifying natural colored cotton fiber by two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy was discussed. Two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy of natural colored cotton fiber and white cotton fiber were tested and contrasted as well as one-dimensional infrared spectroscopy of natural colored cotton fiber and white cotton fiber in different temperatures. The test result shows that the differences of natural colored cotton fiber and white cotton fiber in one-dimensional infrared spectroscopy are not obvious, while the differences in two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy are obvious. Temperature sensitive points of natural colored cotton fiber and white cotton fiber in 2 500 cm-l - 3 000 cm-l area and 800 cm-1 - 1 400 cm-1 area of two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy are basically identical ,while temperature sensitive points of white cotton fiber is stronger than that of natural colored cotton fiber. It is considered that natural colored cotton fiber can be identified according to the temperature sensitive degree differences of natural colored cotton fiber and white cotton fiber in two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy.
