摘 要:探讨比色法用于定量测定涤棉织物混纺比的可行性。通过对经梳棉机梳理获得的不同混和比例的涤棉纤维网进行染色,采用电脑测色技术进行比色,分析了K/S值与纤维混和比的关系。试验结果表明:涤棉纤维网染色前后的K/S积分值变化量与棉含量之间存在良好的线性关系,相关系数达0.98以上。认为比色法定量测定涤棉织物混纺比具有较好的准确性,通过进一步优化后可以用于涤棉织物混纺比的定量测量。利用电脑比色技术的比色法可用于织物的无损伤定量分析。Feasibility of quantitatively analyzing polyester cotton blended fabric blending ratio by colorimetry was discussed. Polyester cotton blended fiber web with different blending ratios carded by carding machine was dyed. Computer eolorimetrie technology was used, relationship between K/S value and fiber blending ratio was analyzed. The test result shows that linear relationship between K/S value change before and after polyester cotton blended fiber web dyed and cotton content is better, the correlation coefficient is above 0.98. It is pointed out that accuracy of polyester cotton blended fabric blending ratio tested by colorimetry quantitatively is better, the method can be used to analyze quantitatively polyester cotton blended fabric blending ratio after optimization. It is considered that colorimetry of using computer colorimetric technology can be used to analyze quantitatively fabric without damage.
