摘 要:为提高前纺设备效能、降低用工和能耗、验证提高半制品定量后的纺纱效果,制定了提高并条定量、加大棉卷定量和提高梳棉生条定量三种试验方案,并对不同刺辊速度、不同给棉板隔距等工艺进行了纺纱质量对比。结果表明:无论采取那种方案提高半成品定量,只要保证生条结杂短绒指标,都可以达到稳定成纱质量的目的,但提高粗纱定量后成纱指标略有恶化。认为:提高半制品定量后,可降低万锭用工和吨纱耗电,提高纺纱企业经济效益,但须通过改进工艺,保证半制品质量,才能最大限度地稳定成纱质量。In order to improve the performance of spinning equipment, reduce labor and energy, verify the spinning effect improving semi-finished weight per unit, three test program were formulated, including enhancing weight per unit of drawing sliver, increasing weight per unit of lap and enhancing weight per unit of cotton card sliver. Spinning quality was compared for different licker-in speed, different feeding gauge and other processes. The result shows that no matter which kind of programs are taken to improve the semi-finished weight per unit, purpose of stabilize yarn quality can be reached as long as the index of neps and impurity, short fiber content in card sliver are ensured. But the imtex is worse slightly if roving weight per unit is improved. It is considered that labor per ten thousands spindles and power consumption per ton yarn can be reduced and economic efficiency can be enhanced after semi-finished products are improved. But the yarn quality can be stabilized as much as possible by improving the technology and ensuring the quality of semi-finished products.
