摘 要:探讨粘胶氨纶包芯纱的生产工艺。介绍了纺粘胶氨纶包芯纱使用的原料性能及纺纱工艺流程。对比了棉氨纶包芯纱和粘胶氨纶包芯纱的质量。针对粘胶纤维的特点,合理配置各工序工艺参数,运用正交试验方法,对细纱捻度、隔距块规格、后区牵伸倍数和胶辊加压4项参数进行工艺优化试验,做好温湿度控制工作,并采取相应的技术措施最终顺利纺制出粘胶氨纶包芯纱,纱线质量达到较好水平。The production process of viscose spandex core-spun yarn was discussed. The material property and spinning process of viscose spandex core-spun yarn were described. The quality of cotton spandex core-spun yarn and viscose spandex core-spun yarn were contrasted. According to the property of viscose fiber, the processing parameters of each process were reasonably collected, orthogonal experiment method was used, four parameters were optimized, including yarn twist, gauge, draft multiple in back zone and rubber-covered roll pressure. Temperature & humidity was controlled and appropriate technology measures were taken. Finally, the viscose spandex core-spun yarn is spun successfully, yarn quality demand is satisfied.
