摘  要:介绍特细号集聚纱品种浆纱工艺要点。整经工序控制好经纱张力,防止纱线产生扭结现象;浆纱工序以"中浓低黏、中压力、小上浆、适当提高回潮率"为工艺路线,以达到保被覆、求渗透,确保集聚纱伸长满足织造要求。实践证明,通过采取以上措施,织机效率达87%以上,入库一等品率达99.8%以上。认为:特细号集聚纱上浆关键在于合理控制整经和浆纱工序的纱线张力,保证纱线不发生扭结现象和维持一定的伸长。The process points of sizing super fine condensed yarn were introduced. Warp tension was controlled in warping process, and phenomenon of yarn kink was prevented. The process route of medium concentration & lower viscosity, medium pressure, smaller sizing percentage, increasing moisture regain appropriately was adopted in sizing process to ensure coverage and penetration, and elongation demand of condensed yarn in weaving process is satisfied. The result shows that by taking these measures, the loom efficiency is above 87%, the first grade percentage put in storage is above 99.8%. It is considered that the key points of sizing super fine condensed yarn are controlling yarn tension reasonably in warping and sizing process, and ensuring no yarn kink phenomena and maintaining certain elongation.
