摘　　要：总结薄荷纤维中空涤纶绢丝棉混纺织物的生产工艺要点。介绍了薄荷纤维、中空涤纶、绢丝和棉纤维的性能特点及物理性能指标;薄荷纤维中空涤纶绢丝棉混纺织物的纺纱及织造工艺流程,各工序工艺参数优化配置和采取的技术措施;测试了纱线及织物各项物理性能指标。开发出的薄荷纤维/中空涤纶/绢丝/棉50/30/10/10 14.7/14.7 551/354 266混纺织物完全能够满足用户要求。指出:合理生产工艺,规范操作,解决纺纱和织造过程中的工艺难点,是研制开发该产品的关键。The production process points of mint fiber hollow polyester spun silk cotton blended fabric were summarized. Property and physical indexes of mint fiber, hollow polyester, spun silk and cotton fiber were introduced. Spinning and weaving process of mint fiber hollow polyester spun silk cotton blended fabric, the optimization processing parameter and technology measures taken in each process were also introduced. The physical indexes of yarn and fabric were tested. Quality demand of mint fiber/hollow polyester/spun silk/cotton 50/30/10/10 14.7/14.7 551/354 266 blended fabrics is satisfied. The result shows that the key points of research and development are reasonable production process, standardized operation, and resolving the difficult in spinning and weaving process.
