摘 要:用Pd/Al2O3作催化剂,在混合溶剂体系催化加氢1-硝基蒽醌制1-氨基蒽醌,并用正交试验讨论了反应温度、搅拌速度、反应物浓度等工艺条件对产品纯度的影响,得出最佳工艺条件:1-硝基蒽醌、混合溶剂、Pd/Al2O3的质量比为10∶100∶0.1,反应温度70℃,反应时间80min,氢压1.0 MPa,搅拌速度1 000 r/min。在此条件下,产品纯度高于98.5%,收率达97.5%。1 - Aminoanthraquinone was prepared by catalytically hydrogenating 1 - nitroanthraquinone with Pd/A1203 as the catalyst in a mixed solvent system. The effects of reaction temperature, stirring rate and reactant concentration, etc. on product purity were studied in orthogonal tests, and the optimum process conditions were identified as follows: the mass ratio of 1 -nitroanthraquinone, mixed solvent and Pd/A1203 is 10 : 100 : 0.1, reaction temperature is 70℃ , reaction time is 80 rain, hydrogen pressure is 1.0 MPa, and stirring rate is l 000 r/min. The product purity is higher than 98.5% and the yield is 97.5% at such conditions.
