摘　　要：以采掘业上市公司为研究对象,选取沪市采掘业上市公司2008—2012年财务数据,通过构建模型及运用SPSS软件辅助,实证研究了采掘业上市公司经营业绩影响因素,并依据研究结论提出对策建议。Based on the mining listing companies as the study object, with the selection on the financial data of the mining listing companies from 2008 to 2012, with the establishment of the model and the application of the SPSS software assistance, an empirical study was conducted on the factors affected to the operation performances of the mining listing companies and the countermeasures and proposals were provided based on the study conclusion.
