住院手术患者无效住院日的存在状况及其影响因素的分析

摘　　要：目的　揭示无效住院日在住院手术患者中的存在状况及其影响因素 ,为医院管理提供参考依据 .方法　采用 Vi-sual Fox Pro6 .0对数据库进行整理 ,SPSS统计软件进行单因素方差分析和相关分析 .结果　住院手术患者中无效住院日的存在是一种普遍现象 (发生率 6 4.7% ) ,影响无效住院日长短的因素主要是患者的身份与费别 ,而与疾病特征关系不大 .结论　消除无效住院日的存在仍是降低平均住院日的重要途径 ;其控制重点应放在对军人患者和免费患者身上 .AIM To elucidate the situation of ineffective hospitalization days and its influencing factors in the inpatients receiving operation so as to provide reference for hospital management. METHODS Database was sorted out with visual FoxPro6.0. SPSS system software was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS Ineffective hospitalization days were quite prevalent in inpatients receiving operation (occurrence: 64.7%). The duration mainly depended on the patients status and cost type, without obvious correlation with the disease characteristics. CONCLUSION Army patients and cost free patients are the key population who needs to eliminate ineffective hospitalization.
