摘 要:目的研究竹节参总皂苷(TSPJ)对脑出血大鼠脑损伤不同时间段的影响。方法采用胶原酶法制备脑出血动物模型,将48只大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、TSPJ低、高剂量组共4组,每组12只;造模后6h灌胃给药,每12h 1次,于造模后12、72h测各组大鼠脑组织含水量,超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛含量,IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果与模型组比较,72h高剂量TSPJ组脑组织含水量减少,超氧化物歧化酶活性增高,丙二醛含量下降,IL-6、TNF-α水平下降,12h时TSPJ高剂量组超氧化物歧化酶活性增高,TNF-α下降;丙二醛、IL-6含量变化不明显。结论 TSPJ能减轻出血性脑损伤,对受损脑组织发挥保护作用,且有时间依赖性。Objective To study the effect of total saponins from Panax japonicus ( TSPJ) on brain injury in different time of rats after intracerebral hemorrhage ( IHC) .Methods The rat model of IHC was established with collagen.48 rats were randomly divided into sham operation control group ,model group,TSPJ 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg groups.Rats were administrated 6 h after IHC,once every 12 h.Brain water content,SOD ac-tivity and ,MDA,IL-6,TNF-αlevels were determined at 12 h and 72 h after IHC,respectively.Results Compare with model group ,brain water content ,MDA,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were decreased ,and SOD was increased in TSPJ 200 mg/kg group at 72 h after IHC .At 12 h after modeling , only SOD was increased .Conclusion TSPJ can decrease brain water content and ,MDA,IL-6,TNF-αlevels of ICH rats at 72 h,increase SOD activity,and protect the damaged brain tissue after ICH .
