薏附冲剂对心肌缺血保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：薏附冲剂消化道给药能对抗垂体后叶素所致的冠状动脉痉挛 ;抑制异丙肾上腺素所致的异常心电图的出现 ,抑制异丙肾上腺素所致心肌梗死大鼠血清SGOT、CKP、LDH的升高 ;显著增加小鼠心肌营养血流量。表明薏附冲剂对心肌缺血的保护作用与缓解冠状动脉痉挛、增加心肌营养血流量、调节和维持心肌在缺血状态下氧代谢及能量的供需平衡有关。It was found in this study that oral administration of Yifu Instant Granules (YIGS) could antagonize coronarospasm induced in rat by pituitrin; inhibit the appearance of abnormal electrocardiogram induced in rat by isopropylnoradrenaline; reduce the increase of the levels of serum SGOT, CKP and LDH induced in rat by isopropylnoradrenaline; and obviously increase myocardial nutritional blood flow in mice. The results suggest that there is a relationship between the protective effects of YIGS against myocardial ischemia and the facts that YIGS relieve coronarospasm, increase myocardial nutritional blood flow, and regulate and maintain the oxygen metabolism and the balance of supply and demand of energy in a condition of myocardial ischemia.
