摘　　要：This paper reviews the land expropriation dispute research literature from three dimensions： the structure-institution analysis, action research of the dispute parties, ethics and concept research of the dispute parties. The paper makes a summary on the research contents and research methods of each dimension. More- over, the contributions and the limitations are pointed out and suggestions for future从纠纷的结构-制度分析、纠纷主体的行动研究、纠纷主体的伦理与观念研究3个方面对征地纠纷研究文献进行了梳理,归纳了3种理论维度的研究内容和研究方法,指出了研究的贡献和不足之处以及未来可能的研究方向。
