摘　　要：通过对当前大型天线碳纤维蜂窝夹层副反射面成型误差问题进行分析论证，提出相关解决方案及对以后该类产品成型工艺和检测方法的改进建议，汲取经验，优化该类产品设计、工艺过程，稳定成型精度使产品更加成熟。By analyzing the forming error problem of the current large sub-reflector antenna, which is made of carbon fiber honeycomb sandwich, the results give some suggestions for processing of molding and testing method and make the product more mature. This paper also proposes that optimizing the design of product, processing of product and forming precision of product.
