急性脑卒中早期康复训练意义的研究

摘　　要：探讨早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者功能恢复的意义。对 32例脑出血和 49例脑梗死患者实施了系统的 4阶段康复训练 ,应用 Barthel指数和简化 Fugl- Meyer积分法分别对康复组和对照组患者于入院、出院和病后 6个月随访时予以评定。无论是脑出血还是脑梗死时 ,康复组和对照组出院时以及随访时 ,患者的功能均有改善 ,但康复组功能改善程度明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复是十分必要的、有益的 。To investigate the importance of early rehabilitation training on the functional recovery of patients with acute stroke.32 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 49 patients with cerebral infarction were received 4-stage systemic rehabiliation training.Barthel index and simple Fugl-Meayl method were employed to evaluate the neurological functionof all patients on admission,discharge and after six month follow-up.Functional improvement was detected on all patients in systemic training groups and control groups as well,but much better functional recovery was found in systemic training groups.The results show that systemic early rehabilitation training take a very important role on the functional recovery of patients with acute stroke and should be recommended.
