卡佛小说的后现代主义话语特征及其文化内涵

摘　　要：雷蒙德·卡佛采用极简主义的创作手法,在其短篇小说中刻画了二十世纪七八十年代的美国社会中的普通民众。通过分析卡佛短篇小说的故事情节、叙述视角、叙事语言、人物对话等元素,说明其作品充分体现了美国普通民众在日常生活中的话语特征,即弗雷德里克·詹明信所说的"精神分裂",并指出该话语特征的产生根源是受到当时美国后现代主义文化的熏染所致。By adopting the writing skill of minimalism, Raymond Carver portrayed the common people in the American society in 1970s and 80s in his short stories. Through the analysis of the plot, the narrative perspec- tive, the narrative language and conversations of Carver＇s stories, it probes into the linguistic feature of Ameri- can common people in their daily life, which is schizophrenia called by Fredric Jameson and points out that this feature results directly from American post-modernistic culture at that time.
