摘 要:以聚丙烯酰胺、甲醛、二级胺为原料,通过Mannich反应,采取预制备羟甲基胺中间体法,合成出胺甲基化聚丙烯酰胺.反应条件为∶n(聚丙烯酰胺)∶n(甲醛)∶n(二级胺)=1∶1∶1.2,聚丙烯酰胺质量分数为5%,反应温度为45℃,反应时间为2.5 h.在此条件下不仅合成出离子度高于70%的二甲胺、二乙胺修饰的聚丙烯酰胺,还合成出离子度为67%的哌啶修饰的疏水性聚丙烯酰胺.通过红外光谱和核磁进行表征.The amino-methylated polyacrylamide was synthesized by Mannich reaction with raw materials of polyacrylamide,formaldehyde and secondary amine. The method of pre-preparing hydroxylmethyl amine intermediate was utilized. The reaction conditions were shown as follows,1∶1∶1.2 molar ratio of polyacrylamide,formaldehyde and secondary amine,5% mass fraction of polyacrylamide,45 ℃ reaction temperature and 2.5 h reaction time. Dimethylamine and diethylamine modified polyacrylamides with higher than 70% ionic degree were synthesized, and piperidine modified polyacrylamide with 67%ionic degree was also prepared under the described conditions. These structure was determined by FTIR spectrum and NMR spectrum .
