摘　　要：综放面顺槽采空区后方顶板受锚固力的作用不能及时垮落,易形成大面积悬顶和瓦斯积聚,严重制约煤矿的安全高效生产。TMQ400型快速退锚装置可以使回采面两端头锚索快速退锚,减低材料消耗。以国阳二矿为背景,介绍综放工作面快速退锚装置的工作原理和退锚及放顶工艺,通过现场应用,实现了80906工作面的安全高效生产。Aiming at the high failure rate of imported fluid coupling and its control system, the variable speed fluid coupling matched with scraper conveyer was transformed to realize the domestication of maintenance and accessories. The three-year operation showed the equipment satisfied the production requirement of the mines, avoided the dependence on the imported spare parts, and saved huge maintenance time and cost.
