摘　　要：通过对尿素产品中缩二脲含量测定方法进行研究和系列实验,改进了试剂配制方法、称样方法、显色温度、显色时间等操作条件,并可使用便携式分光光度计到取样现场直接测定,优化了现有尿素中缩二脲含量测定方法。缩二脲含量测定通过精密度实验、回收率实验和对比实验,验证了新建立的测定方法快速准确可靠。The operation conditions to determine biuret content in urea product, such as reagent preparation, sample weighing method, color developing temperature and time were improved through a series of study and experiment, which makes it possible for portable spectrophotometer to be used directly on site to determine biuret content. That was an optimization to the existed determination method. The precision, recovery and comparison experiments verified the rapidity, accuracy and reliability of the new method.
