从大众信息获取行为看公共数字图书馆的交互设计

摘　　要：现有“三网融合”背景下的公共数字图书馆建设研究集中于资源内容的战略规划和服务体系的宏观布局，个体具体使用行为的探讨不多，公共数字图书馆的交互设计缺乏现实依据。本文关注于公共数字图书馆融入大众日常生活的过程与机制，从若干健康知识调查报告分析入手，分析大众数字信息服务的选择与其信息搜寻动机和能力、服务期望、媒介载体和信息内容的评价倾向间的关系；结合数字阅读等调查报告，分析与公共数字图书馆各终端服务相关的不同媒介使用人群分布特征。以此大众目的性信息获取行为和仪式性信息获取行为分析为基础，提出适应和引导用户使用的公共数字图书馆各终端交互设计策略和基于公益性原则的信息服务协作方式，并且给出一种基于云应用、构造终端互通的交互信息空间、实现用户在电视、电脑和移动端公共数字图书馆信息同步与融合的途径。The existed research on digital library development in the context of triple play focus on strategic planning of resource content and macro layout of service system, and rarely discuss specific user behavior of individuals. Interaction design of public digital library lack realistic basis. This paper explores process and mechanism of public digital library integrating into public daily life, and analyzes the relationships between public information acquisition behavior and information seeking motivation and ability, service expectations and media forms based on health knowledge survey reports, and information acquisition behaviors of whom corresponding to users of public digital library on different media based on digital reading survey reports. Consequently, it provide the interaction design strategies which could adapt and guide users to enjoy the public digital library information services on each terminal, and service collaboration approach based on the public interest principles. Furthermore, it put forward a triple play idea to synchronize and integrate public digital library information on television, computer and mobile terminals by means of introducing cloud application and constructing an interactive information space where interoperability among terminals is available.
