摘　　要：目的探讨颅内动脉瘤患者行介入治疗的围手术期护理经验。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2012年12月64例在我院完成颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的患者的临床资料,总结围手术期的护理经验。结果 64例患者的手术成功率达到100%,手术及术后无并发症出现,全部患者痊愈出院。结论精心的围手术期护理可以大大可以有效提高手术的成功率,降低颅内动脉瘤并发症的发生率,对颅内动脉瘤的患者顺利康复具有重要的意义。Objective To evaluate the interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms in patients with peri operation period nursing experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2010 to December 2012, clinical data of 64 cases with complete embolization of intracranial aneurysm in our hospital patients, summarize the peri operation period nursing experience of 64 patients. Result The operation success rate of 100%, no complications occurred in operation and after operation, all patients healed and discharged. Conclusion Careful peri operation period nursing can greatly can effectively improve the success rate of operation, reduce the incidence of complications of intracranial aneurysm, has the vital significance rehabilitation on intracranial aneurysm patients.
