摘　　要：目的研究分析慢性咽喉炎患者的心理健康状况。方法对2013年1~12月本院收治的100例慢性咽喉炎患者的临床资料及同时期在本院进行体检的100例健康人的体检报告进行分析,并采用SCL-90症状自评量表对患者及健康者进行心理健康状况的评估。结果实验组慢性咽喉炎患者在躯体化、强迫症、抑郁、焦虑及其他因子方面及阳性项目检出率方面与对照组健康者差异有统计学意义,在其余各个项目方面与对照组健康者差异无统计学意义。结论慢性咽喉炎患者较正常人的心理状况低下,不利于其病症的治疗。Objective To study and analyse the mental health of patients with chronic laryngitis. Methods Clinical data of 100 cases of chronic pharyngitis patients from January 2013 to December 2013 and 100 cases of healthy people on the medical report the same period in our hospital for medical examination were analyzed.And the SCL-90 symptoms self-rating scale was used to assess patients and healthy psychological health. Results The somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder,depression,anxiety,and other factors and positive aspects of patients in the experimental group with chronic laryngitis were were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Compared with healthy control group,there were no significant difference in the rest of the various projects. Conclusion Mmental status Patients with chronic pharyngitis is low than normal,treatment detrimental to their condition.
