细节管理对医院感染防控效果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究细节管理对医院感染防控的实施效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2013年12月在本院住院患者中医院感染的发生情况。根据是否实施细节管理将试验对象分为细节管理前组与细节管理后组,比较两组的医院感染发生率、漏报率以及医院环境的物体表面、空气、医护人员的手等检测指标的合格率。结果细节管理后组的物体表面、空气、医护人员的手等检测指标的卫生合格率明显高于细节管理前组（P〈0.05）,医院感染发生率及漏报率明显低于细节管理前组（P〈0.05）。结论细节管理可有效降低医院感染发生率,改善医院环境的卫生状况。Objective To study the implementation effect of details management on prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods Occurrence of nosocomial infection in inpatients from January 2012 to December 2013 was retrospectively analyzed.According to whether details management being carried out or not,the trail subjects were divided into the before details management group and the after details management group.The incidence rate of nosocomial infection,rate of missing report,the health qualified rate of object surface,air, hand of medical staff of nosoeomial environment and other detection indexes were compared in both groups. Results The health qualified rate of object surface,air, hand of medical staff of nosocomial environment and other detection indexes in the before details management group were higher than those in the after details management group （P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of nosocomial infection,rate of missing report in the before details management group were lower than those in the before details management group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Details management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection and improve sanitary conditions of hospital environment.
