摘  要:目的分析泌尿系结石的物理成分,以期对患者进行饮食指导。方法选取本院2011年1月~2012年2月收治的泌尿系结石患者450例,应用红外光谱自动分析系统对结石物理成分进行分析,并根据分析结果指导饮食。结果在450例结石样本中,混合性结石所占比例(73.8%)明显高于单一结石(26.2%),并以碳酸磷灰石+草酸钙、碳酸磷灰石+六水磷酸铵镁+草酸钙所占比例较高;随访12~24个月,仅76例(16.9%)患者复发。结论根据结石物理成分分析结果给予患者相应的饮食指导,对预防结石复发具有重要作用。Objective To analyze the physical components of urinary calculi in order to provide dietary guidance to the patients. Methods 450 cases of patients with urinary calculi admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to February 2012 were selected.The infrared spectroscopy automatic analysis system was used to analyze the physical components of urinary calculi and the analysis results were used for dietary guidance. Results In 450 cases of calculus samples,the proportion of mixed calculi(73.8%)was obviously higher than that of single calculi(26.2%),and the proportion of carbonated apatite+calcium oxalate and carbonate apatite+magnesium ammonium phosphate+calcium oxalate were the highest. After 12 to 24 months of follow-up visit,only 76 patients (16.9%)relapsed. Conclusion Providing corresponding dietary guidance based on the physical components of urinary calculi play an important role in preventing recurrence.
