摘  要:对不同拉伸倍数与热定型温度工艺条件下得到的高强聚酰胺纤维进行结构和染色性能的分析讨论.结果表明:高强聚酰胺纤维对酸性染料吸附良好,可在较短时间内达到较高的上染率;一定范围内提高纤维加工时的拉伸倍数及升高其热定型温度,都有助于高强聚酰胺纤维内部结构趋于稳定,但会使染料进入纤维内部变得困难;热定型温度相对较高的高强聚酰胺纤维,使其大分子整体取向增加的同时,使分子排列变得松散,纤维内部孔隙增多,从而上染较好;在弱酸性染料上染过程中,氨端基含量相对较高的纤维其上染并不一定好,表明染料以非离子键结合的方式上染聚酰胺纤维在酸性染料上染过程中占很大比例.This paper has studied the structure and acid dyeing behavior of high tenacity polyamide 6 upon different draw ratios and heat styling temperature process conditions. It was demonstrated that the high tenacity polyamide 6 has a good effect on desorption of acid dye, and can achieve a good dyeing rate in a relatively short time. Increasing the draw ratio and raising the heat styling temperature are benefit for stabilizing the internal structure of high tenacity polyamide 6, which making it hard for dying; especially, the high tenacity polyamide 6 upon a higher heat styling temperature has a relatively better desorption of dye, which would attribute to increasing number of porosity in its in- terior when subjected to a higher temperature. The effects of hydrogen-bond as well as the van der Waals' force play a significant role in dye pickup, particular in the high tenacity polyamide 6 upon different draw ratios; because the amino-terminated content have a inoperative effect on dyeing.
