摘 要:本文对媒介红S-80染料的模拟染色废水在活性炭中的吸附影响因素进行了研究.结果表明:静态吸附中0.1 g活性炭粒径为120目,废水pH为2,初始浓度为50 mg·L-1,常温下吸附240min染料的去除率为99%;动态吸附实验结果表明,进料流速越快、浓度越大越容易穿透.The factors influencing the adsorption of Mordant Red S-80 by activated carbon were studied in simulation dyeing wastewater. The experimental results in the static adsorption showed that the best conditions were under the room temperature, activated carbon mass of 0. 1 g and the particle size of 120 meshes, solution pH of 2, absorption time of 240 rain, concentration of sample of 50 mg-L-1. Under this situation, the ratio of elimination of the Mordant Red S-80 was above 99%. According to the results of the dynamic adsorption experiments, the breakthrough point was moved forward when the feeding velocity and the Mordant Red S-80 concentration were increased.
