青海省2011-2012年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)资料分析

摘　　要：目的了解青海省接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测（HIV V0luntary Counseling＆Testing，VCT）服务人群的信息来源、目标人群类型以及HIV感染状况，为更有针对性的在全省范围内开展VCT工作提供科学依据。方法收集2011-2012年到青海省各VCT点接受VCT服务的人群资料并进行分析。结果2011-2012年到青海省各VCT点接受VCT服务的总人数为39830人，男女性别比为0．62：1，以20-49岁的青壮年为主（占89．66％）；婚姻状态以已婚者为主，占70．29％，未婚次之，占19．43％。文化程度以低学历者为主，其中初中文化占32．67％，小学文化占22．56％；求询者类型以有非婚异性性行为史的求询者为主，占31．45％。39830人接受VCT服务后，39565人接受了HIV抗体初筛检测，接受HIV抗体初筛检测率为99．34％，其中HIV抗体初步筛查阳性113人（经确认实验，结果与初筛结果一致），阳性率为0．29％。结论要加大对20～49岁年龄段人群艾滋病预防知识的宣传，特别是对外出务工人员的宣传。同时要注意加强对那些可能有过无保护非婚性行为的人群进行艾滋病预防知识的宣传、VCT推广等许多干预工作，尽最大可能扩大HIV抗体检测的覆盖面，使更多的HIV感染者在感染早期就能被发现。Objective To understand the information source, target population type of AIDS voluntary counseling testing （VCT） services and the HIV infection status in Qinghai province, provide the scientific basis for carriing out VCT targetedly. Methods Collected and analyzed data of people accepted VCT service from 1St of January, 2011 to 31st of December 31, 2012 in Qinghai province. Results 39, 830 cases were reported during this period of VCT service in Qinghai province, male to female gender ratio is 0. 62： 1, 89. 66 percent of them were at age of 20 to 49 years; About 70. 29% of the marital status is married, umnarried accounted for 19. 43%. Culture degree priority to with junior middle school, accounted for 32.67%, primary culture degree accounted for 22. 56% ; The inquiring type are mainly by people that has a history of unmarried opposite sex, accounted for 31.45%. There were 39, 565 people have received a preliminary screening of HIV antibody, accept the HIV antibody primary screening rate was 99. 34% , including HIV antibody primary screening posi- rive for 113 （confirmed experiment, the result is consistent with the initial screening results）, the positive rate was 0.29%. Conclusions There is a need to increase the publicity of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among people aged 20 to 49 years old, especially the migrant workers. Pay attention to strengthen the intervention work such as AIDS/HIV knowledge publicity, VCT promotion and so on, as much as possible to expand the coverage for HIV antibody testing, to let more HIV infectors can be found in the early stages of infection.
