柳州市2008-2012年梅毒流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析柳州市2008-2012年梅毒流行病学特征，为制定防控策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法收集柳州市2008-2012年《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》报告的梅毒病例资料，利用Excel对梅毒发病情况和流行特征进行统计与分析。结果柳州市2008-2012年梅毒平均年发病率为87．81／10万，呈缓慢上升趋势；没有明显的季节性；报告病例以后天获得性梅毒为主，隐性梅毒报告病例数高于其它各期梅毒；梅毒患者的发病年龄集中在20．49岁；女性报告发病率高于男性；职业发病比例最高的为农民；梅毒患者中已婚者逐年增加，传染来源以非婚性接触为主。结论应高度重视柳州市梅毒的防控工作，加强重点人群与高发地区的防控，从而控制梅毒的发病率。梅毒与艾滋病之间有着密切的关系，因此控制梅毒的发病率对于抑制艾滋病的流行有着重要意义。Objective Analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis in Liuzhou during 2008 -2012, provide basis for the prevention and control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods was chosen to collect cases of syphilis reported data from disease surveillance information reporting management system of Liuzhou during 2008 - 2012, then the syphilis incidence and prevalence characteristics was analyzed by Excel. Results The average annual incidence of syphilis is 87.81/100, 000 of Liuzhou during 2008 -2012, the incidence rate showed a slow upward trend; No clear seasonal variation ; reported cases of syphilis were mainly acquired postnatal, the number of reported cases of stealth syphilis were higher than all other stages of syphilis, the incidence of syphilis concentrated in the age of 20 to 49 years ; female reported a high incidence than male, farmers occupied the highest incidence ratio . Married syphilis patients increases every year, the source of infection was non - marital sexual contact. ConcLusions Should attach great importance to the pre- vention and control of syphilis in Liuzhou city, strengthen the prevention and control of key areas and high - risk groups, so as to control the incidence of syphilis. There is a close relationship between syphilis and AIDS, therefore the control of syphilis incidence is significant for controlling the AIDS epidemic.
