摘  要:目的探讨白细胞数、中性粒细胞(NE)体积(v)、CRP、IL-8等参数在急性细菌感染兔发热时相中的变化。方法建立金黄色葡萄球菌感染兔模型,利用Beckman CouIter LH750全自动血液分析仪VCS技术和白细胞显微镜计数检测急性细菌感染兔(n=5)及对照组(n=5)的耳缘静脉EDTA-K2全血,统计分析白细胞(WBC)总数、中性粒细胞体积(NEV)及NE的直径。结果感染组与对照组比较,寒战期、高峰期白细胞总数及中性粒细胞百分率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高热期CRP、IL-8差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);退热期白细胞总数、中性粒细胞百分率、CRP、IL-8差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论细菌感染早期(发热寒战期)兔耳缘静脉血WBC低、NE直径减小,因此WBC、中性粒细胞大小、CRP三者综合分析对急性细菌感染性疾病早期诊断及疗效观察有重要临床价值。Objective Discussion the change of white blood cell count , neutrophil (NE) volume (V), CRP, IL - 8 and other parameters of phase in acute bacterial infection of the rabbit fever. Methods To establish the rabbit model of Staphylococcus aureus infection, using Beckman CouIter LH750 automatic blood analyzer VCS and WBC microscope counting to detect the acute bacterial infection of rabbits ( n = 5 ) and control group ( n = 5 ) of the ear vein blood EDTA - K2, to analyze statistically of the white blood cell ( WBC), the total number of neutrophil volume (NEV) and NE diameter. Results Infection group compared with the control group, the differences of white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage are statistically significant during the chills and peak period (P 〈 O. O1 ) ; differences of CRP AND IL - 8 during febrile period are statistically significant ( P 〈0.01 ) ; There was no statistically significant difference of white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, CRP and IL - 8 during defervescence period ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusions Early bacterial infection ( fever chills period) rabbit ear vein blood WBC was low, NE diameter decreases, so a comprehensive analysis of WBC, neutrophil cell size, and CRP has important clinical value to early diagnosis and curative effect observa- tion of acute bacterial infectious diseases.
