南昌市开发(新)区卫生工作现状及对策分析

摘　　要：目的评价南昌市开发(新)区卫生服务状况,为优化卫生资源配置提供参考。方法对南昌市开发(新)区进行问卷调查,对卫生办主要负责人进行访谈。结果开发(新)区面积占南昌市总面积的7.93%,人口占13.4%,昌北区、高新区每千人口医生数及每千人口床位数均远低于全市平均水平;仅昌北区成立了卫生办,人员以临时聘用为主;二级以上医疗机构匮乏,高新区5岁以下儿童死亡率高于全市平均水平(χ2=17.71,P﹤0.05)。结论南昌市开发(新)区卫生服务机构不健全,卫生服务能力不足。Objective To evaluate the health service conditions in development zones of Nanchang,in order to provide a reference of optimize allocation of health resources. Methods Conducted a questionnaire survey for Nanchang development area and interviewed the principal in the health office. Results The area of the development zones take 7. 93% of Nanchang’s whole area,population take 13. 4%,the number of doctors per thousand population and the number of beds per thousand population were much lower than the city average in Changbei district and development zones; only Changbei district has set up health office,employees were mainly temporarily hired; there is a deficient of the 2ndand above level medical institutions,the mortality rate of under 5 years old children of development zones is higher than the city average（ χ2= 17. 71,P ＆lt; 0. 05）.Conclusions Health service institutions are imperfect in the development（ new） district of Nanchang,the ability of health services is inadequate.
