摘　　要：目的了解石家庄市餐饮具集中消毒单位现状。方法根据《餐饮具集中消毒单位卫生监督规范(试行)》进行现场检查,填写检查表。结果石家庄市69家餐饮具集中消毒单位,9家单位合格,46家存在问题,14家由于经营不善自行停业。结论餐饮具消毒单位准入门槛太低,法律法规缺陷,执法困难,餐饮具消毒单位现状不容乐观。建议完善法律法规,提高准入门槛,加强不同部门之间的沟通联系,建立好通报、公告制度。Objective For knowing the present situation of tableware central disinfection units of Shijiazhuang city. Methods Inspecting at the place of the action and filling the forms base on the Health Standard of Units on Tableware Central Disinfection. Results In the 69 units of tableware central disinfection of Shijiazhuang city,9 units are qualified,46 units found problems,14 units have gone out of business consciously due to bad management. Conclusions The requirements for market access of tableware central disinfection units is too low,there exist laws and regulations defects,it is difficult to enforce the law,the present situation of tableware central disinfection in the units is not optimistic. We advise perfecting the laws and regulations,raising the requirements for market access,communication and connection between different departments should be strengthened; notification system and announcement system also should be established.
