摘　　要：为改进腈纶膨体毛条纤维长度分布,满足纺纱和织物新产品研发的要求,对原料质量、拉断法工艺和设备等影响膨体毛条纤维长度分布的因素进行了试验,通过严把原料质量关、优化拉断机工艺参数、提高设备完好率等措施,可有效控制膨体毛条纤维长度分布,生产出优质膨体毛条产品。In order to improve acrylic bulky top fiber length distribution and satisfy the requirements of spinning and new products development, the experiments of raw material quality, process and equipment ot stretch-breaking which are effected acrylic bulky top fiber length distribution are carried out. Through raw material quality inspection, process parameter of stretch-breaking optimizing and increase of intact rate of equipment, the acrylic bulky top fiber length distribution can be effectively controlled and high quality bulky top product can be produced.
