摘 要:通过调整预氧化温度及走丝速度,研究了两者对聚丙烯腈基预氧丝体密度的影响,并进一步研究了预氧丝体密度对碳纤维体密度、拉伸强度及拉伸模量的影响。结果表明:提高预氧化温度有利于预氧丝体密度的增加,而走丝速度提高后预氧丝体密度有所下降;碳纤维体密度会随着预氧丝体密度的增加而降低;随着预氧丝体密度的提高,碳纤维拉伸强度出现先上升后下降的趋势,但是预氧丝体密度对拉伸模量影响不大。The effects of pre-oxidation temperature and fiber running speed on the density of pre-oxidized fiber were researched, and the effects of pre-oxidized fiber density on the density, tensile strength and tensile modulus of carbon fiber were also studied. Results showed that a higher pre-oxidation temperature led to an increase in the density of pre-oxidized fiber. However, the pre-oxidized fiber density decreased with the improvement of fiber running speed. When the density of pre-oxidized fiber increased, the density of carbon fiber gradually decreased, and the tensile strength of carbon fibers increased firstly which was followed by a decline. However, the effect of pre-oxidized fiber density was not obvious.
