胃炎宁治疗慢性乙肝伴慢性萎缩性胃炎体会

摘　　要：观察慢性乙肝合并慢性萎缩性胃炎应用吗丁啉结合胃炎宁颗粒治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月～2013年1月收治的100例慢性乙肝合并慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，将上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗同时，口服吗丁啉10 mg，3次/d；观察组在对照组的基础上，给予胃炎宁颗粒15 g，3次/d。每1个疗程为1个月，2组均治疗2个疗程。对2组患者的临床症候积分、症状、体征、胃泌素以及胃电图等指标进行观察，对临床综合疗效进行评价。结果对照组治疗总有效率为78.0%，观察组治疗总有效率为98.0%，观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗后观察组胃电幅值、胃泌素均有显著改善，且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组。结论慢性乙肝合并慢性萎缩性胃炎应用吗丁啉结合胃炎宁颗粒治疗具有十分显著的疗效，明显优于单用吗丁啉，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of domperidone and gastritis grain treating chronic hepatitis complicated by chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 100 patients with chronic hepatitis complicated by chronic atrophic gastritis treated in the hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with 10 mg of domperidone combined with conventional treatment,three times a day. And the control group was treated with 15g of gastritis grain based on the observation group, three times a day. The clinical symptoms integral, symptoms, signs, gastrin and electrogastrogram of two groups were observed. And the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The syndrome of Chinese medicine of two groups was improved evidently. The total effective rate of the observation group was evidently better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Domperidone and gastritis grain treating chronic hepatitis complicated by chronic atrophic gastritis has evidently efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
