激励技术对前列腺电切术患者心理状态及健康行为的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨激励技术对前列腺电切术患者心理状态及健康行为的影响。方法100例前列腺电切术患者分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用常规前列腺电切术围手术期专业护理。观察组在采用常规前列腺电切术围手术期专业护理的基础上，实施激励技术。结果观察组总满意率78.00%，高于对照组的总满意率（48.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。干预后，观察组的焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分分别为（43.1±7.9）分、（44.8±6.9）分，分别低于对照组SAS[（49.2±6.7）分]和SDS评分[（50.6±7.3）分]，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。干预后，观察组患者的控制体质量、低盐饮食、低脂饮食、规律睡眠、戒烟限酒、运动锻炼等健康行为方面的评分均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论激励技术能够激发前列腺电切术患者战胜疾病的信心，提高患者的主观满意度，改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，并能够改善患者的健康行为。Objective To study the effects of excitation technique intervention on psychology and health behavior in patients treated with transurethral prostate resection. Methods Total of 100 patients who underwent transurethral prostate resection were divided into two groups such as the control group（50 cases, using conventional peri operation period nursing）, and the observation group （50 cases, using conventional peri operation period nursing and excitation technique）. Results The total satisfactory rate of the observation group （78%） was higher significantly than that of the control group （48.00%） （P〈0.01）. After the intervention, SAS and SDS score of the observation group （43.1±7.9）%, （44.8±6.9）% were obviously lower than that of the control group （49.2±6.7）%, （50.6±7.3）% （P〈0.01）. After the intervention, coronary heart disease, weight control, low salt diet, low fat diet, regular sleep, quit alcohol limit, exercise, health behavior score of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Excitation technique can enhance the confidence of the patients, improve the subjective satisfaction, ameliorate depression and anxiety for better health behaviors of the patients.
