摘　　要：依据"告警直传,远程浏览,数据优化,调控安全"的基本原则,以及《大运行体系技术支撑建设指导意见》的要求,提出了通过"优化调控数据"、"直传告警信息"和"远程浏览全景"三条途径来实现主站端对变电站设备监控信息的交互及应用,从而达到全面满足"调控一体化"建设的要求。According to the basic priciple of ＂alarms direct passing＂, ＂remote viewing＂, ＂data optimization＂, ＂safety regulation＂ and the requirements of ＂building guidance of big run system technical support＂, three ways of ＂data optimal regulation＂, ＂direct passing the alarm information＂ and ＂remote viewing panorama＂ are proposed to realize the interaction and application of monitoring information for main station to substation equipments. The construction requirements of ＂dispatching and supervisory control＂ can be fully achieved.
