摘  要:对喷淋蒸发板式冷凝器的传热性能进行理论分析与实验研究,建立其特性实验系统和模型,着重研究蒸发式冷凝器板外水和空气侧的传热性能,并得出适合喷淋蒸发板式冷凝器的计算关联式,以指导该冷凝器的设计计算和热阻分析.研究表明,湿球温度、板片间距、喷水量和风量均是影响喷淋蒸发板式冷凝器传热性能的主要因素.Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental investigation of spraying plate-type evaporative condensers,a performance test system as well as a corresponding model of the condenser was constructed,and the water-side and the air-side heat transfer performances of the condenser were discussed in detail.Moreover,some calculation correlations of the condenser were derived to guide the design and analysis of thermal resistance.It is found that wet-bulb temperature,plate spacing,water quantity and wind volume are the main factors that affect the heat transfer performances of spraying-plate evaporative condensers.
