摘　　要：本文首先讨论了一种计费模块和主模块分离的计费系统 IAS(Independence Accounting System)的设计 .然后以网络流量模型为基础 ,对基于网络会话模型的该计费系统进行了深入讨论 。Firstly the paper discusses a kind of accounting system in which the accounting module is detached with major system . Then according to the network traffic model, the accounting system based on networking talking session is analysed in detail . At last some key parameters , such as the size of log and the interval of the sending of the log , is obtained by a function which is derived from above all discussion.
