摘  要:为了使纤维增强塑料(FRP)筋夹片式锚具的研究突破试验规模和测试参数的局限,并满足设计优化的需要,根据FRP筋夹片式锚具模型试验信息建立3D有限元模型,采用数值模拟方法对锚固体系开展了非线性受力分析.结果表明:在滑移动态演变过程、失效形态、极限承载力和滑移值等方面与基准试验精确吻合.讨论了锚环锥角、夹片与锚环之间的角度差、铝套管厚度、夹片预紧力、夹片与锚环之间的初始接触位置、锚具长度等锚固参数对锚具性能的影响,确定了上述参数的推荐取值范围.锥角对锚具锚固性能具有显著影响,当锥角取3°时,锚具的锚固性能及破坏形态均可得到有效保障.A three-dimensional finite element model was established on basis of information of wedge-type anchor for fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) tendons, to meet design optimization under the limited investigation of FRP tendon anchorage which experiment scale and test parameters. The non-linear stress analysis for the anchorage the experimental the requirement of is confined to the system was carried out by numerical simulation. The numerical results including the dynamic evolution process of slip, failure mode, ultimate load and slip value agreed well with the experimental data. Furthermore, the effects of anchorage parameters on anchoring performance, such as the taper of anchor-ring, angle difference between barrel and wedge, thickness of aluminum sleeve, presetting load level, initial contact position between barrel and wedge, anchorage length were analyzed. Based on the numerical analysis, the recommend ranges for the above mentioned parameters were confirmed. The taper of anchor-ring is determined as the most significant influencing parameter. While the taper of anchor-ring is set as 3°, the anchorage properties and fracture morphology of the anchorage system can both be guaranteed efficiently.
