摘 要:针对木门制造业喷涂过程产生的有机废气,探究利用等离子体联合催化降解有机废气的机理与工程应用可行性,并探索涂装废气降解装置的最优组合方式.在实验室小试和工业中试的基础上,研发一套处理5 000m3/h的涂装废气等离子体联合光催化装置.该废气处理装置可使总可挥发性有机物和二甲苯的降解率分别达到70%和60%以上,治理示范工程的调试和运行结果表明该技术的运行成本较低.通过对木业涂装排放的有机废气进行低能耗、高去除率的无害化处理后,实现了废气的达标排放.因此,该装置可作为一种解决涂装过程中有机废气污染问题新的手段.Plasma-photocatalytic technique was applied to decompose the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the painting process of the wooden doors manufacturing. The synergetic effect of the plasma-catalysis and its industrial feasibility were investigated, moreover, the operating conditions and the combination of exhaust gas treating process were optimized. A plasma-catalytic configuration capable of dealing with VOCs exhaust at a rate of 5 000 m3/h was developed on the basis of laboratory test and industrial pilot. The degradation ratio of total VOCs and xylene can go beyond 70% and 60%, respectively. The results also showed that the operating cost of the process is in a relatively low range. Thus, with this method, a high degradation rate that meets the national emission standards can be achieved at a relatively low cost. This process provides a new highly effective alternative to the conventional methods for the removal of VOCs from the painting process of the wooden doors manufacturing.
