摘　　要：文章主要围绕档案资源整合的概念、背景、意义、基础、原则、内容、目标、方式及瓶颈等展开了论述。档案资源整合主要有档案实体整合与档案信息整合两种模式。档案资源整合的理论研究与实践探索主要存在以下不足:注重"官方记忆"整合的研究,缺乏对"民间记忆"整合的关注;与档案信息服务和专题档案信息资源开发的有机结合不足;档案资源整合急需国家层面的"顶层设计"。The domestic research mainly focused on the concept ,background,significance ,basics, contents, targets, methods and bottlenecks about the integration of archives resources. There are two integration modes that are the entity integration and the information integration about archives resources. There are inadequate research about the theoretical studies and practice exploration such as focusing on the integration of official memories, lacking of attention to the integration of folk memories; lacking of organic combination with the services of archives information and the information resources development of thematic archives; lacking of top designs on the state level about the integration of archives resources.
