档案馆防震减灾对策研究

摘　　要：地震是世界上最具有突发性和毁灭性的自然灾害,严重威胁档案安全。档案馆防震减灾工作内容具有特殊性,既要确保档案人员安全,也要确保档案及档案信息安全;既要注重对地震直接灾害的应急,也要注重对次生灾害的预防。文章讲解了地震灾害对档案馆造成的危害,分析了当前档案馆在防震减灾工作中存在的主要问题,并从管理角度系统地提出了档案馆防震减灾措施。The serious damage of archives due to outburst and ruinous earthquake, which was the most severenatural disaster. Therefore, the work for the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction had a particularity.We should ensure not only the safety of the workers but also the security of archives, and take care of both the treating with direct disaster and the prevention of secondary disasters.In this paper, we explained the damages of archivesby the earthquake, analyzed the current main problems existing in the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, and promoted the strategies systematically.
