摘　　要：介绍MDR-TB化学治疗方案设计的基本原则、抗结核药物组成、化疗药物的使用频次及剂量、化疗方案疗程、化疗方案的推荐及化疗方案的调整等，供广大同道借鉴。The following topics relate to the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis （MDR-TB） were discussed in this paper： the essential principles for the design of treatment regimens, selection of the anti-tuberculosis drugs, frequency and dosage of the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs, duration of the treatment regimens, the recommended treatment regimens and the adjustment of treatment.
