东北肉用绵羊公羔去势育肥后肉用性能与肉质变化的研究

摘　　要：在相同饲养条件下,分析绵羊断奶公羔去势后生长性能与肉质的变化,结果表明:去势公羔平均日增重显著低于非去势公羔(0.05);嫩度提高,膻味物质含量显著减少。The experiment analyzed the change of castration for weaning lambs production performance and meat quality, in the case of the same feeding conditions. The results show ：the average daily gain of castration lambs were significant lower than that of non-castra- tion lambs （P 〈 0.01）, tendemess were more better, smell of mutton were lower.
