2009-2012年广州市性病实验室室间质量评价  

External quality assessment of Guangzhou STD laboratories from 2009 to 2012

摘　　要：目的了解广州市近4年各性病监测点实验室,对性病病原体检测能力的总体情况及变化趋势,分析影响因素及存在问题。方法定期制备并发放性病(STD)常规阅片、梅毒非特异性抗体、衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,CT)抗原3种质控品,给各监测点实验室进行检测,规定时间内收集检测结果进行数据分析。结果 2012年参评实验室43家,室间质量评价考核平均分最高为90.22分,达良好以上的实验室39家(90.70%);2011年参评实验室41家,考核评分最低80.87分,良好以上实验室31家(75.61%)。2009-2012年参评实验室STD常规阅片、梅毒初筛试验、CT抗原检测三项参评的考核平均分分别是87.51、82.97和88.40分,其中后两项的4年总体符合率较高,分别是93.44%和89.07%。结论广州市性病监测点实验室的检测能力和水平逐年提高,但部分实验室存在未改进方法和更换试剂、检验报告不规范等问题,需加强岗位培训,规范实验室的室内和室间质量控制,以确保常见性病检测质量。Objective To investigate the performance, changing trends and capability of sexually transmitted diseases （STD） pathogen detection, and analyze influencing factors and problems of all Guangzhou STD monitoring agency laboratories over the past four years. Methods Three kinds of samples including STD pieces, non specific syphilis antibodies and chlamydia antigen with control samples were routinely prepared and sent to all participating laboratories for detection. Data were collected for analysis at the given time. Results The best score of experiment quality accuracy （EQA） assessment occurred in 2012 （90.22 points）, when 39 laboratories were rated excellent （90.70%）. The lowest assessment score （80.87 points） occurred in 2011 with 31 laboratories received good ratings （75.61%）. The average assessment scores of STD conventional film-reading, syphilis screening test and chlamydia antigen detection were 87.51, 82.97 and 88.40 points, respectively. The overall coincidence rates of the latter two tests were higher, which were 93.44% and 89.07%, respectively. Conclusion Overall, the capabilities and stand ards of Guangzhou STD laboratory monitoring agencies have shown an upward trend, but some laboratories remain lower quality. In order to further improve the standards of STD pathogen detection, those laboratories require better job training, standardization of quality control procedures and reporting, along with greater oversight of testing quality.
