田中义一与总力战——侵略与总动员体制构想

摘　　要：作为山县系军阀集团的后继人,田中义一从第一次世界大战的经验中认识到,未来战争将不能再单纯依靠国民精神,而必须通过在发展军事技术的基础上,对全体国民进行总动员,以举国一致的国家体制支撑战争。为此,1920年以后,面对日益高涨的社会民主运动,身为陆军大将的他,转身政界出任政友会总裁,设想利用民主主义建立推行侵略主义的国家总力战体制,要使全体国民驯服于国家的对外侵略战争。As a successor of the Yamagata Aritomo＇s warlord bloc,Tanaka Giichi drew lessons from the World War I and realized that how to win a war would no longer rely on the national spirit in the future. However,it should mobilize all the people and set up a whole nation system in order to support the war which is based on the was development of military technology. He was engaged in politics and worked as the president of Rikken Seiyukai after 1920,although he was still an Army General at that time. He wanted to build an aggressive National total Happeneth system by making use of democratism,whose vitals were making the entire nation people resign themselves to Japan＇s foreign invasion.
